Jemma graduated with a Doctorate of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne in 2013.

Having a background in Exercise and Sports Science (as both a former student and academic teacher at Deakin University), Jemma has since worked as a physiotherapist for elite athletes and currently combines this with her expertise in pelvic floor physiotherapy by specialising in management of female athletes and the pelvic floor. Jemma also has high level sports experience of her own with an impressive record as a competitive sprinter.

Jemma’s other interest areas include treatment and prevention of lower back and pelvic pain as well as guiding women on safe exercise during and after pregnancy.

Jemma is an experienced reformer and floor based Pilates instructor. Outside of the practice Jemma enjoys running, scuba diving and going to the beach.

Jemma is currently on maternity leave.
