Rebecca is the co-director of MPPP and is a Clinical Expert Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist with many years of clinical experience in both the private and public sector. She has held leading positions in Women’s Health Physiotherapy at Mercy Health and Western Health where she was responsible for the implementation of the Physiotherapy-led Advanced Practice Service in Urogynaecology which was a finalist at the Victorian Public Healthcare Awards in 2019.
Rebecca has completed a vast amount of post-graduate beyond her pelvic floor qualifications training including a Graduate Certificate in Sports Physiotherapy and is an experienced Clinical Pilates instructor (Level 1-4 DMA Clinical Pilates). She has also completed the Level 1 Upper Limb Lymphoedema Course and has been treating women with breast cancer for over 5 years.
Complementing her role at Melbourne Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Rebecca works as a guest lecturer and is heavily involved in clinical teaching for the University of Melbourne’s Post-Graduate Certificate and Masters of Physiotherapy programs in Pelvic Health. She also enjoys mentoring and training our team at MPPP.
