Stefanie is a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage practitioner. She is able to listen, test, treat and provide corrective and rehabilitative movement for people who might be going through a difficult time with their bodies.
She has an extensive background in teaching and counselling and in 2016, made a career change to be involved in the health industry.
Stef has a special interest in pregnancy and pelvic health and has completed extra training in this field.
She has a strong focus on respecting each individual to provide an exceptional tailored experience and she is committed to Evidence Based Practice.
Stef is also bilingual, speaking both English and Turkish, and is continuing study in AUSLAN.
