Group Class Memberships and Payment Options
Gold Membership - Unlimited weekly group classes including access to Clinical Pilates Exercise and Aquatic Exercise.
Silver Membership - Up to 2 weekly group classes including access to Clinical Pilates Exercise and/or Aquatic Exercise.
Bronze Membership - 1 weekly group classes including access to Clinical Pilates Exercise or Aquatic Exercise.

Group Exercise Membership Terms and Conditions
Memberships commence immediately once your first weekly payment is received and recur on a weekly basis.
You can pause or cancel your membership at any time via 1 weeks notice in writing to admin@mppp.com.au. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
Memberships can be paused for a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 10 weeks.
Receipts for private health claiming are processed weekly and emailed to your nominated email address.
Refunds are not provided for unused classes however you may access a makeup session (pending availability).
You may use your membership or prepaid pack across any of the classes in our timetable (including Clinical Group Exercise and Aqua).
All classes must be booked in advance, you can book in person, over the phone or ONLINE (Select ‘Exercise Studio’ location.
Refunds do not apply for un-used prepaid credit.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice you will not be charged and can move your class to a more suitable time.
Inside 24 hours you will not be able to use this payment for another time slot and will be charged in full.
