Consultation Fees

LATE CANCELLATION FEE

As we are heavily booked and have a waiting list for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice we must apply a late cancellation fee of $50 for that appointment. Cancellations for group classes with less than 24 hours notice will result in a forfeit of the fee paid for that class. We thank you in advance for your understanding. Please contact us directly if you believe you have extenuating circumstances.

Private Health Rebates

We accept all Private Health Insurance with eligible extras. HICAPS claiming facility is available for on the spot processing.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (formerly EPC plan):

• You may ask your GP if you are eligible for a Chronic Disease Management Plan.

• Eligible patients are those deemed to have a chronic medical condition. Prolapse, Incontinence and Pelvic Pain are generally considered chronic conditions (if you have had symptoms for at least 6 months).

• If eligible, you are entitled to 5 subsidised Allied Health appointments per year.

• NB: Bulk billing is not available and a gap fee payment is applicable between what the plan covers (approx. $58 per session) and our scheduled fees.
