Holly is a passionate physiotherapist with a special interest in pelvic health across pregnancy and postnatal care.

She supports women through common concerns such as pelvic floor dysfunction, return to exercise after birth, and continence issues in active women and athletes.

With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates, Holly focuses on restoring strength, confidence and movement. She enjoys helping women safely stay active during pregnancy and guiding a structured return to sport and higher level exercise afterwards.

Holly runs pre and postnatal Pilates and provides aquatic physiotherapy, using water-based rehabilitation to support comfortable movement, symptom relief and recovery. Her approach combines hands-on treatment, education and progressive exercise tailored to each stage of recovery.

Her background in Exercise and Sport Science and experience working with active populations gives her particular insight into load management and performance-focused rehabilitation — whether returning to running, the gym or competitive sport.

Holly holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University. Outside the clinic she enjoys running, strength training and cooking.
