Holly is a passionate physiotherapist who specialises in supporting women through pregnancy and beyond. With extensive experience in movement and rehabilitation, she understands the unique physical demands placed on women's bodies during this transformative time.
Drawing from her background in Exercise and Sport Science and Clinical Pilates qualifications, Holly delivers expert pre and postnatal Pilates classes focused on building strength, improving posture, and enhancing overall well being. Her evidence-based approach addresses the specific needs of expecting and new mums, including pelvic floor health, core rehabilitation, and managing pregnancy-related changes.
Holly also offers aquatic physiotherapy, utilising the therapeutic benefits of water to provide gentle, supportive treatment for pregnancy discomfort and postnatal recovery. The buoyancy of water creates an ideal environment for safe movement and strengthening during these important stages.
With her strong background in supporting female athletes and load management, Holly excels at helping active women maintain fitness safely throughout pregnancy and return to their favourite activities after birth. Her diverse clinical experience, including work with elite athletes, brings unique insights to managing the body through periods of significant change.
Holly holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University. Outside the clinic, she enjoys running, strength training, and cooking, bringing personal understanding to the challenges of maintaining an active lifestyle.
