Kelly's passion for women's and pelvic health was ignited early in her career, after speaking to so many women about their pelvic health conditions and concerns. Ever since, it has been her mission to support, educate and empower women to understand their pelvic health, as well as move, feel strong and feel confident in their own body. 

Kelly has always enjoyed moving her body in different ways, and knows how important it is to keep your body moving in the way that you want to and need to. As an avid gym goer and adult gymnast, she has a special interest in supporting women with pelvic health conditions to exercise and keep active. Kelly treats the women she sees with a holistic approach and always looks at the bigger picture - pelvic health conditions rarely come from one source! 

In 2022, Kelly became a mum to a beautiful baby boy. As a new mum, Kelly is particularly passionate about supporting mums through their pregnancy, birth and motherhood journey. She understands that your body, mind and lifestyle go through so many changes throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Kelly strives to arm you with the knowledge, skills and support that you need throughout your own journey.

When she's not at work, you'll find Kelly on adventures with her family, going to the gym, practicing a wild gymnastics skill, on the hunt for a good coffee/tea and brunch or cooking up a storm.
