Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from the University of South Australia and began her career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working with a wide range of clients from athletes to everyday individuals.

Nicole later pursued her interest in pelvic health, undertaking additional training in women’s health physiotherapy, dry needling, and Clinical Pilates.
Nicole has completed the APA Women’s Health and Pelvic Health Level 1 and 2 courses, as well as APPI training in both matwork and equipment
Pilates, with a focus on antenatal and postnatal care.

Nicole is passionate about helping women manage conditions such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti and pelvic pain. She
works closely with clients of all ages and life stages to ensure they feel heard, informed, and well cared for.

Nicole uses a combination of manual therapy, movement-based
rehabilitation, and Pilates-informed exercises to support women at all
stages of life.

Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and highly
individualised - focusing on long-term outcomes and helping each person
return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys running, hiking or trying new cafes to find
the best sando!
