Nicola is passionate about women’s health and believes in the importance of empowering women to maintain their health and movement throughout pregnancy and beyond. 

Nicola has experience in a range of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions, treating women in the perinatal period and teaching clinical pilates to aid in the management of a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. 

Nicola is passionate about evidence-based education and the importance of client autonomy in the management of women’s health conditions. Nicola is currently completing further post-graduate training to advance her skills in the management of pelvic floor disorders in women.

Nicola has written and illustrated the children’s book “Mummy has a baby in her tummy”, which explains to children some of the common musculoskeletal conditions in pregnancy to increase understanding and reduce barriers for women to implement physiotherapy advice in their lives. 

Outside of work, Nicola enjoys spending time with friends and family. She loves going for brunch and hikes and keeping fit with Pilates and netball.
