Zali graduated from The University of Melbourne and has since worked in private practice with a mixture of sports and women’s health clients.

Zali has particular skill and experience in the assessment and management of pregnancy-related musculoskeletal conditions such as pelvic girdle pain, back and neck pain and is passionate about enabling clients to remain fit and active during pregnancy and beyond.

Zali has completed both certifications in Reformer and Mat-work Clinical Pilates and uses her knowledge from this, paired with manual therapy and education to take a client-centred approach when devising a treatment plan for her patients.

Zali’s work with pre and postnatal clients in the Pilates studio has led her to follow a passion for pelvic health and rehabilitation and she will commence her Post Grad Certificate in Pelvic Health Physio at the University of Melbourne in 2022.

When not at work, Zali loves spending time with friends, family and puppy (Nala), going out for brunch and keeping fit with running, yoga and fitness classes.
